Positions available to join our Fly Fishing Staff. Guides operate Drift boats on the North Platte River and conduct wade fishing trips. Guides should have personable character, knowledge of fly fishing skills, past experience, drift boat, and clean vehicle.  1^st aid and CPR are required as part of gaining employment.  We do conduct an interview and testing process that can take some time (5-10 days) for skilled anglers. All positions are physically demanding and do require walking, wading, hiking, lifting, and rowing.
