If you are staying at the lodge, all meals can be provided (dinner upon request). However, if you require any specialty foods please bring those, including any snacks or alcoholic beverages.

If you are staying in a local hotel,  lunch will be provided stream side on day long guided trips. We can recommend good local restaurants for dining out evenings. 

For any other items you need, Casper has large chain stores such as Walmart, Walgreens, Target and grocery stores.

Your camera… preferably in a water resistant case. You'll want to be ready to submit your trip photos to the Brag Board contest when you return home.

Any medications you take regularly.
